For celebratory events such as dinner and dance, festive celebrations, award ceremonies, and company parties, our unique services are designed to elevate your guests’ experience. We specialise in capturing candid, joyous moments and bringing out the vibrant smiles of your guests. Our skilled photographers also excel at taking stunning posed photographs (and OOTDs) that your guests will definitely love.

Live Sharing/Sending - photographs taken during the event can be shared live to a projector or sent to your guests individually via email or messaging apps, creating an unparalleled experience like never before. This is made possible with a dedicated team of project leader, photographer(s), and photo editor(s) assigned to each event.

An unique add-on service of ours include digital retouching for key VIP subjects for event photography. They ensure that your VIPs look their best aesthetically which supplements high-quality photography to enhance your company’s branding. Instead of using Meitu, our team uses high-end photography software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to professionally retouch your images naturally.
Examples of digital retouching works are blemishes removal, skin smoothing, skin tone enhancements, and tier-two retouching such as teeth whitening, wrinkles removal, and face slimming when requested.
For photography, all photos will be professionally edited and delivered in ultra-high-resolution (4k to 6k).
For videography, one 4K (UHD) highlight video will be produced during post-production to present the key activities and moments that happened during the event. 1 licensed music will be given for use as background music for the highlight video.
Edited photos are delivered within 10 calendar days or within 24 hours (highlights) or 48 hours (remaining) after the event, depending on the package chosen. This is a lightning-fast turnaround that only White Lens can accomplish.
Edited highlight videos are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks after the event, depending the number of hours or days for the event.
Our corporate event photography package delivers professional coverage tailored to your company’s needs—capturing key moments, speakers, and networking in high-quality images. With customizable options and quick delivery, we help showcase your event’s success and brand impact with polished visuals.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for pre-event coordination. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule—please contact us directly to check.
